Tasks:
Three hour Flight Window (9 am-12 am)
Must fly (4) rounds, one of each of the following tasks, in
the following
order.
3 minute - 900 flight points, 5.0 points per second,
100 Points on standard 25 foot tape.
7 minute - 900 flight points, 3.0 points per second
100 Points on standard 25 foot tape.
5 minute - 900 flight points, 2.1428 points per second
100 Points on standard 25 foot tape.
11 minute - 900 flight points, 1.667 points per second
100 Points on standard 25 foot tape.
5-point penalty for every second over target time

Contest!
Come out to Encinitas this month and punctuate the contest
season.
Tasks: Variable. All 4 tasks will be announced individually
by me, the CD prior to the start of the round. All Masters
will fly the announced task time, Experts will fly one
minute less, Sportsmen will fly 2 minutes less. For example,
if I call 6 minutes for round 1, Masters fly 6, Experts fly
5, and Sportsmen fly 4. Same for the subsequent rounds.
Possible maximum target times will be 6, 8, 10 and 12
minutes for Masters, 5, 7, 9, 11 min. for Experts, and 4, 6,
8, 10 min. for Sportsmen.... Novice if any will fly
sportsmen tasks.
All flights scored 900/100 (ie 900 flight points and 100
landing points)
Note that I can call any of these task times for any of the
4 rounds during the contest. I might announce them all in
the morning, or I might wait and see round by round what we
should shoot for. So, you gotta listen up. Could get
confusing, but I am sure we can all handle it.
Come on out and send out this year's contest season with a
bang.... hmm, maybe not the best choice of words, but you
know what I mean.
I am looking forward to seeing you all. Bring $10 bucks as
an entry fee, and be prepared to have some fun.
